Every competency, with its evidence. Not just a final grade.

Students start with a diagnostic for each competency. After that, every practice session adds a rubric-based assessment with its reasoning, criterion by criterion.

  • An initial diagnostic for each competency, marked on the server, with the answer options in a different order for every student.
  • Practice with avatars and branching cases, assessed against explicit criteria with a specific recommendation.
  • A competency record for every student: each piece of evidence keeps its date, its source and, where there is one, the student’s own words that back it up.
